absolutley dissapointed! no towels racks in the bathroom, just a bizarre oversight really. and did anyone mention that the guests are little more noisy than expected? i woudl ve thought with my extra charge for the upgrade, i’d at least be treated like a VIP. was so close to leaving a good review but just couldn’t.

We had a fantastic two-night stay in a two-bedroom ground floor apartment with a patio. The place was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The decor felt modern yet cozy, and the outside terrace had a nice view of the waterfront. I loved the convenience of having free parking and being close to everything.

We had a great stay with fantastic views from our apartment. it was modern and well-furnished. However, laundry facilities weren't easily accessible, and we wish the parking was a bit more organized. Would definitely come back!

The apartment offered breathtaking views of the Seaward Kaikoura mountains, making it a true highlight of my stay. I appreciated the spacious layout and well-equipped kitchen, perfect for family meals. It was a breeze to walk into town, with various dining options just a short stroll away. If I had to suggest an improvement, it would be to ensure quieter door closures for guests upstairs, particularly during late night and early morning hours.

after staying in kaikoura before, this time at waterfront was surprisingly better than expected. loved the clean and comfortable room with amazing views. the easy check-in process made it a breeze to relax.

The stunning sea view from our 2 Bedroom Ground Floor Apartment was the highlight! We explored the nearby bush walks, taking in the breathtaking scenery of Kaikōura. Additionally, the unit was clean and fully equipped, allowing us to enjoy family dinners without a hitch.

My kids wished there were more soundproofing options to keep the noise down at night.

Just a solid selection for a cursory stop in Kaikoura with good price value. The property had a nice bathroom with a huge tub and jets, which was a great way to unwind after a long drive. they may try to charge more than quoted.

Had an amazing time with friends! We explored the stunning bush walks, enjoyed deep sea fishing adventures, and even went kayaking to see dolphins and seals. The apartment was super clean and well-equipped for our needs. The hostess was fantastic, extremely helpful, and accommodating. The location was perfect for easy access to everything we wanted to do.

We had some parking issues on our first night, having to park on the street instead of our designated space. It was frustrating but didn’t ruin our experience overall.
